Mindfulness Group

This online group focuses on real world application of mindfulness principles to feel more present in your day to day life. Participants can attend as a drop in or use the weekly group as an ongoing mindfulness practice. Our leaders will provide education on mindfulness, lead a variety of meditative practices, and facilitate processing of how to work through the barriers of living in the present moment.

 

Online on Wednesdays from 3:45-4:45 pm.
