Gentle yoga & meditation (online)
This morning yoga class will be focused on starting the day with mindfulness and gentle movement. This class aims to be nourishing to the body and mind using mindful movement, meditation, and intentional breathing.
In this class, we will practice:
Paying attention to the needs of the body
Connecting our intellectual self with our physical self
Noticing the sensations of our body as we move
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
Class is taught by Emily Gardner on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30 to 8:30 am. This class is being taught online. After registration, you will be sent a link to the class. Your microphone will be muted during class but you are welcome to hide or show your video.
