Skylar Naron

Skylar works with relationships and individuals who are experiencing a variety of personal, sexual, and interpersonal issues. Skylar is a sex positive therapist, who is LGBTQIA+ affirming and is poly and kink aware. She helps people overcome shame rooted in sexual dissatisfaction or pain to achieve a renewed since of happiness and self-love. Skylar has experience helping people with body image issues, ADHD, anxiety, codependency and past trauma. She is interested in working with couples and individuals who are walking through problems related to infertility, post-partum depression, sexual pain, religious issues related to sexuality, a loss of intimacy, or gender identity.

Skylar counsels through a lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Feminist Theory. She aspires to help people let go of negative thoughts patterns in order to adopt new affirmative beliefs about themselves. She believes in equality among all people and empowers individuals to reclaim their unique identity and find joy in their self expression. Skylar views couples and relationships through an IMAGO relationship therapy and family systems perspective. She hopes to help couples improve their communication patterns and work through past trauma, in order to experience a deeper, stronger connection of love between them.

Skylar is currently finishing her master’s program at Messiah University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is still a student and is passionate about continued, life-long education.


Skylar is supervised by Jill Baumgarner, LPC.

Skylar's rate is $45 for a 50-minute session and $70 for an 80-minute session.
