Relationship Building Therapy Group

Do you want to understand the patterns in your relationships, connect more honestly with others, and feel more confident about what you want and need? This group is a warm, supportive space to explore exactly that, together with people who are working on the same things.

In this weekly in-person group, members relate to one another in real time. Instead of only talking about relationships, you get to practice them: noticing how you show up, how others respond to you, and what you would like to do differently. The group is a place to slow down, get curious, and try new ways of relating with people who are doing the same.

What You’ll Work On

  • Understanding the relationship patterns and behaviors you have developed over time

  • Noticing how you connect with others, in the group and in your life outside it

  • Practicing honest communication, including giving and receiving feedback

  • Expressing your needs clearly and setting healthy boundaries

  • Building empathy and the ability to truly listen

  • Trying out new ways of relating and deciding which changes matter most to you

  • Reducing shame and the feeling that you are alone in your struggles

Who Is This Group For?

This group is for adults who want to understand and change how they relate to others, whether in romantic relationships, friendships, family, or at work. You do not need to be in crisis. Many people join simply because they want to show up more fully in their relationships and their lives. All genders, identities, and backgrounds are welcome.
