Low Desire Processing Group
There is no wrong amount to want (or not want) sex! This group creates space and community for anyone who experiences low or no sexual desire. Whether as an identity, a relationship discrepancy, or an insecure sexual experience, we can often feel misunderstood or judgemental towards the way we experience desire. This group is open to members of any gender, age, and relationship orientation. Members of this group will process relationships and explore how societal messaging, sex miseducation, and attachment can impact how we think about our desire.
If you could imagine removing self-blame from the conversation, how would that change how you approach your desire?
You are worthy and lovable regardless of how your sexuality shows up in your body, in relationships, and in the world. And yet, so often we are told or believe that there is a level or depth of desire that is “normal” and if we fall below it, we are doing a disservice to ourselves and our partners.
Whether as an identity, a relationship discrepancy, or an insecure sexual experience, we can often feel misunderstood or judgemental towards the way we experience desire. This group brings together members of all genders, age, sexuality, and relationship orientation to discuss how desire impacts the way we think about ourselves and how it is showing up in our relationships.
