Mixed Gender Process Therapy Group
Do you want to understand yourself better, connect more authentically with others, and learn to express your needs with confidence? This group is designed to help you do exactly that — in a warm, supportive space alongside people from all walks of life.
In this weekly in-person therapy group, members from different gender identities and backgrounds come together to practice real, honest connection. The group is a place to slow down, reflect, and grow — both in how you relate to others and how you see yourself.
What You'll Work On
• Building stronger communication skills — learning to give and receive honest feedback
• Understanding patterns in your relationships that may have developed over time
• Expressing your needs clearly and setting healthy boundaries
• Developing genuine empathy and the ability to truly listen
• Reducing shame and the feeling that you're alone in your struggles
• Deepening self-awareness and emotional insight
Who Is This Group For?
This group is open to adults of all gender identities who want to grow relationally and emotionally. You don't need to be in crisis — many people join simply because they want to show up more fully in their relationships and their lives.
