Jen Hill

Jen is passionate about helping others enhance connections in their lives and live more authentically. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma by utilizing deep listening, collaboration, mindfulness, vulnerability, and building trust. She offers support around pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum issues, parenting, divorce, and intergenerational trauma. Her goal is to provide a climate of non-judgment and safety for her clients so that they feel cared for, can self-explore at a deep level, and can become aware of blocks to growth. Jen approaches therapy from an attachment and trauma lens. She is sex-positive, body-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. She enjoys working with families, couples, individuals, and groups. Jen is passionate about the connection between mind, body, and emotions. She believes in Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, and mindful movement. 


Jen believes that the conscientiousness and empathy that she brings to her clients enables them to feel seen, heard, and understood deeply.      


Jen has completed her master’s in counseling at St. Edward’s University. She is an avid learner and remains open to learning new theories and methods for meeting her clients’ needs. Jen is passionate about her role as a mother, living authentically in the present moment, and cultivating joy.
