SPOSA, Women's Group

Discovering that your partner has had an affair, struggled with out-of-control sexual behavior, or kept significant secrets from you can shatter your sense of reality. In the wake of that kind of betrayal, it's common to feel like you're going crazy — hypervigilant, consumed by obsessive thoughts, flooded with emotions you can't make sense of, and deeply alone.

You are not crazy. And you are not alone.

SPOSA is a therapy group specifically for women who are healing from sexual betrayal trauma. It's a space where your experience is understood — not explained away — and where healing happens through real connection with others who know what this is like.

What This Group Offers

• A safe space to share what you've been through without judgment

• Connection with other women navigating similar experiences

• Tools for managing overwhelming emotions, anxiety, and hypervigilance

• A reduction in the isolation and secrecy that betrayal often creates

• Support for rebuilding your sense of self, trust, and clarity about your path forward

This group is for women who have experienced betrayal trauma related to a partner's affairs, sex addiction or out-of-control sexual behavior, or other forms of sexual deception. Whether you're in the early shock of discovery or further along in your healing, this group meets you where you are.
