Jill has over ten years in the field helping people who want to build intimacy, compassion and trust in their relationships. Many people find that when their sexual connection is diminished, it affects the other areas of their relationship. They may find themselves spiraling into conflict more easily or experiencing long periods of time passing without meaningful intimacy and connection.

Jill works with those who desire change or healing when their relationship is creating pain or falling apart.  She works to help people have better communication and to break down the barriers to the cycles that perpetuate disconnection.



Jill specializes in infidelity recovery, desire differences in the relationship, sexual anxiety, sexual pain, problematic sexual behavior, out of control sexual behavior, communication difficulties, depression, grief and loss, trauma, divorce, and lack of self-esteem.
 

In addition to working with traditional couples, Jill has experience and extensive training working with non-monogamous relationship styles. She is a sex-positive, kink-knowledgeable professional.  

Jill helps people reignite passion in their relationships, build more empathic bonds, and improve to communication with their loved ones.

Education

Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. Her post-graduate sexuality training includes seminars by Dr. Marty Klein, Dr. Emily Nagowski and Dr. David Ley, Dr. Chris Donaghuea and many other nationally renown sex therapy professionals. She has completed the Emotion Focused Couple Therapy Externship (known as EFT or EFCT), Core Skills and is currently in supervision working toward certification. Jill uses these approaches as a framework for her therapeutic orientation.
